Delivery

We offer delivery within London for a flat fee of £35.

For nationwide delivery, the cost is calculated based on the distance from East London (E16). Please get in touch for a personalized quote. All deliveries are hand-delivered to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Please note: We recommend someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Once delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.

Collection

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled pickup. If you need to change your collection time, kindly notify us by the night before your pickup date.

If you arrive more than one hour late without prior notice (given by the night before), a £20 late fee will apply, and we cannot guarantee your cake will still be available for collection.

Collection Hours:

Weekdays: 1 PM – 4 PM

Weekends: 11 AM – 2 PM

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once a product has been collected or delivered, YP Bakes is not liable for any damage that may occur.

In the rare event of an issue, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after a full inspection of the returned item (if applicable).

To raise a concern, please email us directly with your order details and photos (if relevant) within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are here to help resolve any genuine concerns as smoothly as possible.
