At YP Bakes, every creation is handmade with care and designed to be a one-of-a-kind centrepiece. Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.

Quality Assurance

We take great pride in ensuring that all cake bouquets and cakes leave our studio in perfect condition. Every order is carefully checked before it is dispatched or collected.

If There’s a Problem with Your Order

If you notice an issue at the point of collection/delivery, please raise it immediately with our team so that we can assess and resolve it on the spot.

Once the product has left our possession, YP Bakes cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transportation, storage, or handling by the customer.

In the rare event of a confirmed error on our part (e.g. incorrect order details or design mistake), we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a partial refund, store credit, or a remake where possible.
