DO YOU DELIVER
Please note that we currently do not offer delivery services. However, we warmly welcome you to collect your orders directly from our location. Collection is from Armada House, Gallions Point, London, E16 2UE.
COLLECTION DAYS AND TIMES
Custom Graphic cakes:
Limited weekend collection only, Saturday 11am - 4pm only. Premium weekday collection is subject to availability and a small fee.
Small Sketch Cakes:
Weekly delivery, Saturday 12pm-3pm. Wednesday evening 6pm-8pm
Kindly be advised that a 20-minute grace period is allotted for order pickups. After this period, a late fee will be applied to your order. We appreciate your promptness in collecting your items and understanding our policy. Should you have any concerns or need to make alternative arrangements, please contact us.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CAKE IN
As a small business dedicated to bespoke creations, we recommend ordering your cake as early as possible to secure a booking space. For custom graphic cakes we suggest ordering at least one month in advance, and small sketch cakes at least one week in advance, to ensure availability. Orders placed 48 hours to the collection date will be made for the following week. If you require a last minute order, please let us know and we will do our best to see if it’s possible but not guaranteed
HOW SHOULD MY CAKE BE SERVED AND STORED
We recommend eating your cake at room temperature for the best flavour and texture, so give it NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR out of the fridge before eating it. Furthermore, we strongly suggest collecting your cake on the day of your event so it is as fresh as possible. Otherwise store it in the fridge overnight if you are eating it the following day. If you plan on keeping your cake or any leftovers, it should keep for up to 5 days. Leftovers can also be frozen for up to 6 months. Please use your own discretion if it is a particularly hot day, and do not keep your cake in direct sunlight or intense heat to avoid damage. Cake care and serving guides are provided on collection
ALLERGY INFORMATION
While dedicated to providing delightful and high-quality baked goods, but does not cater specifically to allergies. Our products may contain traces of common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and others. We strive to be transparent about our ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We encourage customers with allergies to exercise caution and inquire about specific ingredients before making a purchase. Your safety is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
HOW DO I ORDER AND PAY
Custom cake orders: Please submit a bespoke request form via the design my cake link. You will receive a response within 48 hours with price quotes, if you choose to proceed an invoice will be sent for a bank transfer. Once you recieve the invoice full payment is required within in 24 hours to confirm your booking otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
Small Sketch Cakes: Choose from one of our cakes via our online shop. Browse, select your cake, personalise with add-ons / message, and make your payment online. All payments are made in full online using our payment providers. These cakes require 1 week notice so will be ready for collection the following week, you will recieve an email when your order is ready for collection.
If you choose to Supersize a Small Sketch cake, this is done through the enquiry form and will require one month notice and paid via invoice.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, CAN I DO THE EXACT REPLICA OF A CAKE I FOUND ONLINE
Due to copy right reasons, we cannot do exact replicas of cake designs unless the design is one we have done previously. We can however follow the same style of your cake image as inspiration with some slight variations. Please ask if you are unsure.
DO I NEED TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. All orders are now to be paid in full following the invoice. However, you may be eligible for 50% refundable amount should any issues occur, or a full credit amount to be used within 1 year.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON COMPLAINTS / REFUNDS?
We aim to provide our customers fantasic cakes and a smooth service. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 hours of receiving your purchase. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and, if necessary, work to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a credit or part refund (NO full refunds).
For complaints related to the quality or condition of our products, we may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assist in our assessment.
Please note we are not responsible for any damages at happen to the cake after collection and will not be held liable.
